Very laid back. Zero pressure from sales associate's and knowledgeable. Scott was awesome and guided us to the perfect bedroom set all while keeping is in our price range! Definitely check them out if looking for any home decor!

The sales person, Melissa Bears, was excellent. Patient, helpful and kind. I was searching for a recliner for my Mom who recently broke her pelvis and was with me at the store, moving very slowly/painfully with a walker. She wanted to pick out her own chair. Ms. Bears was a wonderful help. I asked for a quick tour of the best options while my Mom sat comfortably and waited. Then Melissa and I showed my Mom three chairs to try. The experience was pleasant. We picked a chair on sale. Just as Rooms To Go had promised, I was called two days before delivery about the delivery time window. The delivery people called on the day of delivery to confirm and couldn't have been nicer in setting up the chair for my parents (who could not do it themselves). This was especially important to me since I live in a different state and was concerned about things going smoothly for my parents. Thank you, Melissa Bears, and Rooms To Go.

Has some great options with natural lighting. However sales people were pretty pushy, couldn't look around with feeling like a hawk was watching. It's one thing to ask for assistance, but another just to be followed around as we look. You aren't selling cars, you're selling furniture.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had Scott as my sales representative.  He is  not only courteous, friendly, knowledgeable but enjoys his job. Scott is an asset to Rooms to Go.  I bought a beautiful set from Rooms to Go and realized when the sofa arrived it didn't fit my room.  I immediately canceled the loveseat as I knew that wasn't going to fit either. I spoke to Scott about my dilemma and he  advised me what to do.  To my delight, the manager Grace, whom is a just as delightful, contacted me.  To make a long story short, I will be having a whole different set delivered the beginning of December and the previous one picked up.  Also I will be ordering more furniture from them in the future. Rooms to Go has the best Customer Service and really want their customers to be happy.  Kudos to Rooms to Go.
