Factory Return Outlet is a locally owned business and has been serving the Ozarks since 2002. We are conveniently located off of highway 65 and CC.

Typically merchandise comes in as a truckload purchase sight unseen. The truckload purchases may be closeouts, overstocks, returns, seconds, or floor models. However, you will also find brand new items ordered directly from the manufacturer. Customers can also place special catalog orders at an extra savings.

Truckload purchases from name-brand recognizable stores include: mattresses, shelves, tables, chairs, dressers, entertainment centers, headboards, bunk beds, accent chairs, and futons just to name a few items. Generally our customers save 40% to 60% over retail price on our truckload items.

Back stock is not kept so customers leave the store with their purchase. Inventory changes frequently and many one-of-a-kind items may not last long. Customers are allowed the freedom to look and browse with NO high pressure sales tactics. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Delivery is available to surrounding areas.
