We moved here from out of state and chose Missouri Furniture to help us furnish our house because of their nice selection and competitive pricing. Brad Daniels was our salesman and we can’t say enough about him! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Brad went above and beyond each time we visited the store. We have been dealing with him for almost a year now and appreciate all his help and advice. Not only does our house look great but we are very happy customers!

Andrew is the BEST!! He greeted us at front door and wasn't pushy on any product we looked at. He consistently gave us prices on those chosen items. Had to leave due to previous appt but came back following day to finish our shopping experience. Asked for Andrew and he gave us superior customer satisfaction. Bought couch, 2 recliners, coffee table, end table and mattress set. If you had more dedicated sales personnel with his humor you could empty your sales floor monthly.. Thanks Andrew from Vern and Rolex!!!

Hated our bed. Went to Missouri Furniture not really looking to buy today. Carroll Bryant was our salesperson and did a great job! She found us the perfect bed at a great price. She helped every step of the way and made purchasing super easy. We get a new bed! If you need a new bed, go see Carroll at Missouri Furniture!

Never Again!!! My husband and I are disappointed in our purchase with Missouri Furniture. The sales team was great to work with when we bought the furniture. Unfortunately, within the month the cushions were losing their form and the fabric was wrinkling. After about 3 months the springs on the middle section popped out of the top and the bottom of the couch. The furniture was under warranty so they sent someone to pick it up. The repair men actually noticed how bad the cushions were wrinkling and let us know that that is not normal. They took photos and said that they would turn it into the management team. We have now been without all of our furniture for a few months now. I have sent a few emails checking on it with no response. Finally I had had enough and called the local store back. I spoke with one of the sales representatives we worked with and she claimed that the furniture has been complete sense 12/18/17 and that she called and left a message. Today is 1/18/18. I did not receive this message from her. I find it odd that if they would not have reached back out after a few days. I let her know that I had been working with Lindsey at the corporate office and asked why she did not return my emails or calls. She claimed that Lindsey is no longer employed there. She also told me that the furniture I bought wasn’t very good. It was low end furniture and I should not expect it to last. I paid a little over $2000.00 for this couch. I understand that it is the most expensive but I wouldn’t call it cheap. Furthermore, when I bought the furniture I was told it was great furniture and I felt good about the purchase. One of my first sets of furniture was purchased over 14 years ago. It was a cheap set. I got an entire living room with a couch, love seat, two end tables and a coffee table. I only paid $1700.00 for the entire set! I just got rid of it when I purchased from Missouri Furniture. I have a family member that is still using it. Needless to say, I will never purchase from Missouri Furniture again.

Wonderful helpful staff. Bought chairs out right. Delivered and was polite. Thank you for your kindness. We enjoy our chairs.
