Went shopping with my Dad for some new furniture. Ms. Sandra greeted us at the door and then let us look around. She was wonderful she never bothered us while we were looking but was always available if we had a question.. She was able to answer all of our many questions. My experience at Ashley HomeStore in Anniston was absolutely great! My sales consultant, Savannah Smith, took her time with me and gave me the attention a customer deserves. My grandmother is hard of hearing so it takes her a lot longer than most to understand what people are asking, Savannah was so patient and attentive to her wants and needs. Thank you so much Savannah!!!

They said the bed would arrive on April 27. 3 days before delivery, I get a call saying the bed cannot be delivered until May 9th. In the meantime, I had made arrangements for a trip and could not be there for reception of the delivery. The lady that gave me the news seemed to lack empathy and was going on about business as usual. My initial experience was okay and I understand things happen during shipping, but a little empathy goes a long way. I am now quite disappointed and considering canceling my order. You're better off going on Amazon instead.

Ashley HomeStore had just what we wanted for the living room! New, fresh, update never hurts the mind & soul. Fateme was very helpful in every question we had. I must say we would definitely come back for more home furnishing needs/wants!
