My husband wanted to buy a sofa for his mom for Mother's Day. My mother-in-law and I looked online, found a sofa, and called to see if it was on the floor in our nearby Ashley Furniture Store.. Over the phone we were connected to Tanya who had such an incredibly friendly and accommodating manner. She matched the lower online price for which we were grateful. When we met her at the store, she applied no pressure, left us alone to browse, checking in occasionally and offering her suggestions and opinions. We went in for a sofa and left with a sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman! We give Tanya a two thumbs up and five stars. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with her.

We recently had such a good experience at this store. Our representative was Arron Clausen. He was very helpful in showing us products we were interested in and helping us decide what would be right for us. After going back and forth on what we should purchase, we finally made a decision and Aaron was very good at being patient with us during this time. We really appreciated the help he provided and the overall quality of service from the store in delivering and installing the furniture. We love what we bought and thank Aaron and his manager for helping us get such a great deal! Will likely shop here again

Dave was great! Super helpful, tool as long as we needed, and helped with any questions we had. We felt super comfortable and had a great time picking stuff out. We’re return customers and we’ll definitely come back! Thank you!

Dave was excellent. He was calm and cordial and patient with us. We were very pleased with his performance (as well as the rest of the staff’s). They were all ready to help and they made the process fast and easy.

Love the selection. Pieces are on trend and most importantly available. Visited the store on Saturday and my furniture was delivered on Monday. Knowledgeable and friendly sales team and support staff. I highly recommend purchasing directly from the Ashley Store, instead of another store that just sells Ashley. You’ll always get a better price buying direct from Ashley.
