Recently visited Jerome’s furniture in Murrieta and had a great experience. The sales person was helpful and attentive without being aggressive. Everyone was very friendly. We bought bedroom furniture on a Sunday and it was delivered the next day. We were given a reasonable delivery window and they delivered exactly when they said they would. The delivery gentleman were kind and professional and we had absolutely no problem. Definitely will shop here again.

We went into Jerome’s looking for a mattress. Dan helped to educate us on their mattresses. He spent a lot of his time with us making sure we had all the information we needed. He never once pressured us. He was very patient with our questions and concerns. We also looked at a couch and loveseat which he also spent time with us making sure we knew everything there was to know about how it is made. Jerome’s has found a good salesman in Dan and we will always request him on any future purchases we make.

My daughter and I came to pick out a new couch. Will greeted me with a nice smile and great hand shake. Will was not pushy nor did he follow me around trying to sell me things I didn't want. He let my daughter and I shop. I appreciated the space that he gave us. We chose a beautiful couch. We cant wait for delivery day!!

We appreciate the assistance we received from Porter. We came in several times to check out mattresses and Porter was so patient with us as we kept going back and forth between two. We never felt pressured and were very confident with all of the information that he gave us regarding the build of the mattress and the amazing warranty that Jerome's offers. Can't wait to sleep on it tomorrow night!

Great experience for first time Jerome shoppers .... but certainly not the last. We needed some strange fill-in pieces for our new space that wouldn’t look weird with our existing furnishings. Renee Trevino was patient and attentive, without being overly pushy. She showed us option after option until we found just the right combination of pieces.... without seeming to hover (one of the things I absolutely HATE about furniture shopping). Loved the service and will hopefully love all of the pieces we are looking forward to receiving!
