Went in there to browse and potentially leave with a bed. The big unkempt nerdy guy was extremely rude once he realized we didn't want to buy a bed from there. Maybe try leaving your mother's basement from time to time, then you wouldn't be so socially inept.

We were sold a complete twin bed and frame that did not work; the frame, box spring and mattress were improperly matched and the bed was wobbly; also, the box springs was a different size than the mattress. We tried to return the box springs because the bed was way too high and it did not fit the mattress. Marc (the sales person) was so unprofessional; the only thing he could do for us was offer to return the box spring for a 75% restocking fee.
Buyers beware at this location, they will say anything to get you to buy but then after the sale they are uninterested in you! They are very expensive and do not offer any post sale customer help. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable mattress store.

Had such a great experience! Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. We went in with a budget and doubts that we could afford what we would want but he went above and beyond to make sure that we got the bed we wanted. Thanks so much!
