The staff are very rude and dry They don’t seem like they want to work there at all Last time i went in , I thought they were like that because I was doing a return , which I mean , if the product doesn’t work well, I am entitled to do. But yesterday I went to pick up my online order and they are just the worst ! Their face has the worst ‘I don’t want to be here expression’ You shouldn’t work in a kids store if you can’t even bother to smile. I am just going to drive to corona crossing to be honest , even if I need something I would rather order it online or drive further .

The manager or supervisor Annaliza is great. Always tries to make the customer happy. One two occasions went out of her way to help me in price matching and coupons. Never had a bad experience with her or any of the employees!

Phenomenal service! Tina helped me register for my baby shower. She was so kind and patient to answer all my new mommy questions. I really enjoyed the registration goodie bag. It was all such a fun experience.

June 25th, 2011 This is our first time being pregnant so we don't know anything about baby stuff. We walked into Babies R Us, no 'hello, welcome to babies r us'. We then stood around looking at each aisle name to try and figure out where we needed to go (we were looking for room decorating items for the walls). We walked up and down aisles (with the strollers, bouncers n what not), me the pregnant woman getting distracted by things I'd like to have and then finally headed to the other side of the store and when we passed the clothing section (in the middle of the store) there were TWO (2) BABIES R US EMPLOYEES standing around doing NOTHING but talking to eachother, took notice of us and NEVER asked us if we needed help! We went up and down aisles on that side of the store (with beds, blankets) and FINALLY found the room decorating items - NOT a good selection at all!! This store is HIGHLY understaffed and NEEDS to take notice of people who are walking around in their store LOST for 20 minutes!! We were NOT the only ones standing around waiting for help either. When we finally exited the store there was only one cashier working and they were ringing items up as if they were a slug!! Need I mention there was no 'thank you for visiting babies r us, have a good day or come back'.
