I  was dreading the thought of having to buy a new mattress. That was until my husband and I stepped into Banner Mattress in Murrieta.  We were so thankful that we were not being pushed or persuaded to buy any particular type or brand or to buy anything at all... but rather we were helped by a lovely woman named Barbette that has been in this industry for 18 years! (I only know she's been doing this for 18 years  because we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of knowledge she had, so I asked!)  She was unbelievably patient with us as we explored all the various options available. We are extremely satisfied customers and am writing on here and also on yelp in hopes that  this might help you should you be wavering on where to go . Barbette, if you happen to read this, thank you again for making buying a mattress set  a pleasurable experience!

I had been to another store earlier in the day and wasn’t “sold” on their inventory. I was also facing a time crunch with a move and needed the mattress in just a matter of days. Bill M.  was super helpful and knowledgeable.  He explained the various mattress technologies and a few “test drives” and I was sold on a super comfy Beauty Rest. Thanks, Bill!

This was my first time buying a mattress, and David was wonderful and so knowledgeable! He showed me all the options based on my preferences and helped me choose the right mattress for me. I went to a few other mattress stores and this one had the best product for the best price.

We are very pleased with the mattress we bought here at Banner Mattress. Bill helped us out and was extremely helpful. He is also one of the sweetest people to work with. He wasn’t pressuring us and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this place and location if you are looking to buy a new mattress. Prices were also the best prices we found and the quality is amazing.
