Goodwill is a SNEAKY company.. I worked there and I RARELY shop there. This complaint is to the Goodwill in Goodyear, AZ regarding a recent return. The manager was very sneaky (She'll do anything to put her store at the top.. even at the customer's expense.. all for a paycheck/bonus.. SMH, PEOPLE'S GREED!) plus she was very rude, short, and uncaring with me when I needed to take an item back. She put the WRONG price on the store card I got back (I did not know until after) and I don't have the energy to go back there but if I did I'd give her a piece of my mind! I would not recommend shopping there. Not to mention the CEO is making millions.. I thought Goodwill was non-profit? PLEASE! Plus all the managers care about is a paycheck and bonus and making sure their store is #1.. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't donate there. Go the extra mile and sell stuff yourself because they do not care.

It's always a pleasant experience shopping at Goodwill. I am always adding more nice clothing apparel to my wardrobe. My closets are filled to capacity. I will be making donations to them soon. I also have a 2 bedroom house that I am slowly furnishing from their endless supply of household goods & furniture. The staff is always helpful & I would recommend that anyone on a fixed budget go shopping at this Goodwill. I'll be back next Saturday too. JIMI K. Goodyear

Store had a very funky stench! However it's fairly cleaned and organized. The clothing racks are a bit over stuffed most of the time. I don't shop at this location often but.when I do the staff are usually.finish to look y out way and acknowledge you but there are also a few men staff who are very.nice and helpful. The CD collection is great variety. The amount of purses and women's showed is astounding. And a little overwhelming. In glad they put new items out so consistently. One tho.g I would hope they stop doing is having so.many staff members putting items either back on track or on the rack for first time. It's such a nuisance to have them eyeballing you whilegoo you shop also it's annoying when they don't excuse themselves to.pass you by it's like hello? Don't you were me standing here!

I love it this goodwill it is sooooo awesome I shop here everyday on the weekends tooo I enjoy it soooo much and the prices are priced very good and are affordable to on all items even toys games dvds vhs clothing exc I love this goodwill location its very nice very nicely organized XOXO

I'm from the East coast and this was the most amazing Goodwill I've ever seen in my life. I came in looking for an wireless router. I found 4. I ended up buying 6 pairs of pants that I happened to see. Great prices, name brands, organized by size AND color. Just amazing!
