This was my first time inside Ashley, and let me tell you, it was quite an experience. I would definitely come again. We were mattress shopping and had gone to the competition right down the road. This popped up on our map search and had the best reviews. Let me tell you Ashley knows how to please a man and a woman, and at the same time. Ashley has the best mattress in town, with a non-prorated lifetime warranty. Now, Ashley is not cheap, but has zero interest financing. Once you've been inside Ashley you'll never go anywhere else. Our salesperson Beth was also very helpful and not pushy in any way. PS I apologize for my husband . . .the wife

My furniture was delivered it was a great experience and so was the buying process... Although the only issue I had was after the furniture was delivered I discovered the usb ports did not work on one of the nightstands... I was highly upset that I paid a lot of money for it to not work. I called the Ashley store and they told me they would exchange it but I am having to wait till Tuesday when I called on Thursday. The issue was taken care of just not as fast as I would have liked it to be done with... Overall it was a great experience and I will be back again and recommend people to go there.

My wife and I went in the store which is very nice clean and inviting and we were greeted by Delaney who was so nice and helpful we were only there for a table lol she showed us the mattress section and we ended up buying the nicest mattress and base ever!! Delaney is by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with she treated us like family and we will definitely be back for living room furniture in the near future because of her she is a true asset to your company! Delaney is top notch thank you for such great service!

My only complaint is I wish I had more money to spend. Beth my sales person was awesome. Delivery guys was courteous and very strong. Wish I had purchased the normal profile box springs and not the low profile. Bed is softer than the stores display. Thinking maybe the store display may have been a foundation..

I had a great shopping trip with this store. The delivery not so much. The salesmen was great and very helpful in find just what I needed for my daughter.
