Service was great! We purchased a new dining table and chairs from them. We decided to have them load it in our truck for us to haul it home ourselves. It was all still in boxes. We live in Sapulpa and the store is located in Broken Arrow. We got half way home and they realized they forgot to load up the whole set so we had to turn around and go back to pick up the other piece. Then we get home and the piece we had to go back for was damaged. We wound up taking it back to the FFO in Tulsa to trade out for a non damaged piece. I felt like they should have at least offered us a discount or gas money or something for all the problems.

Tommy was so helpful and seemed to really want to help us get a good deal. Other staff was really nice as well. Just came in to look around and ended up leaving with a table, including bench and two chairs, a bed frame and mattress! Very satisfied with today’s visit.

Tommy Howe really helped me find the perfect couch he also loaded the couch up into the truck for us and made it secure. The couch is remarkable for the price we paid. Great staff.
