Today in our Ashley store my wife and I were Professionally helped by sales representative Shane. Our experience was WORLD CLASS! Shane’s spirit and attention to detail to our needs, completely made us Very Satisfied returning customers. Bottom Line - Please extend our sincere appreciation to Manager Sue and Shane as their Outstanding Customer Service, both reflects Great Credit On themselves, Ashley’s HomeStore and the entire Mathis Brothers Enterprise. We went in and had a pretty good experience. At a lot of stores, the sales people hound you, but here, they asked if we needed help and didn't push it when we said no. Checked on us when we looked like we needed it and when we actually did, they were there to help. If we need anything else, we will be back. Thanks Donald!

My husband and I made a trip into the store late this evening looking for a new recliner. Harry greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome. He did an awesome job helping us find exactly what we were looking for and made sure to get us the best price possible. We will be back in again and I will be sure to pass Harry's name on to my friends and family.

Sales Lady Charlotte was super helpful. Haven't decided on what to buy yet. Have concerns with the quality of Ashley products but are giving everyone a chance to earn our business.
