I loved the ‘no pressure’ shopping. We had a very helpful man that helped us make our selection and purchase. His name is Shelby and we really appreciated his friendliness and knowledge. The delivery people were very friendly too and did a great job. The only issue I had was part of my trundle was missing. All I had to do was send Shelby and text and he called me right back. He is going to help me find my missing part. I will be using Bob Mills for all of my furniture purchases from now on.

The associate who helped us in store, Gus, was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us the necessary information about how to find the prices of things then let us browse on our own. It was nice to not have somebody following us around and harassing us about making a purchase. He was close by and easy to find when we had questions though and made the furniture buying quick and easy! We had the furniture delivered to our apartment. There were a variety of delivery dates available for us to choose and our furniture arrived during the time frame we were given. The delivery men were very friendly and professional, asked where we wanted each piece placed, and did a great job of getting everything moved in and assembled in a timely manner.

Stop in and see Gregory for all your home furnishing needs. He is friendly, knowledgeable and so personable. It's hard to find good customer service these days, not at Bob Mills furniture though. Everyone is friendly and willing to help without the usual intrusiveness and pressure to buy normally experienced at other furniture stores.

Good service and really nice furniture. I would be wary of buying mattress covers and pillows here as from any furniture store as they are marked up 300% percent a pillow that sales at big lots 14.99 sales for 200.00 here. Otherwise good service and good furniture.

We bought a fancy, expensive sofa set AND the protection plan a year ago in November 2016. It is now a total embarrassment. The seats have begun peeling and flaking away - only on the seats, just from being sat on. There are two adults in the house, no children and just one tiny pet on the furniture. (But he sits on US when we sit on the furniture!) Regular use of a product should NOT cause it to wear out in a year. So, we thought the 4-year protection plan we purchased would help. WRONG. When I called in to ask about getting our sofa fixed or replaced, I was told that the warranty was only for a year, and we had called in November 2017 right after the year was up. We were just unlucky. Then, I was told that our protection plan only covered "accidental" damage - like barfing or nail polish. None of our damage is on purpose! And none of the damage is covered. "Accidental" issues are covered but defective, low-value products are not. When I read the fine print on the extra protection plan it specifically states that flaking and peeling of the fabric IS covered - but only on NON-sitting areas. Did they know that the leather was thin and prone to be defective and that's why they excluded the exact damage that we have? It certainly looks that way. I asked about whether we can have the seats replaced and was finally told that they would do that! Today I got a notice that now says that they WON'T do that because the replacement seats for our sofa are no longer even available. We can't even pay to have it fixed! There is literally no fix for our problem and the customer service is no service at all. The seats are so ugly and awful. Our fancy, expensive sofa is a total embarrassment! And we thought you should know. So, beware. The protection plan might not protect you. The customer service might not serve you. And the expensive, high-end furniture just might be expensive, defective furniture in disguise.
