Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable.  Have purchased several items and all have been pretty smooth from start to end.  Some items can seem a tad high on price.  The quality of the furniture, some we have had for years, have held up very well.

They were friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable and shared lots of detailed information that made you feel they cared. No high pressure matter fact no pressure, it's if they were trying to fit you into the right item. Not just selling - information sharing. 

-> If you want an amazing down to earth, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable - truly helpful person - Ask for Brent - You will enjoy the gentlemen - Brent would rather have you not make a rushed purchase and have no regrets .... You will understand after you meet him.

I have bought from Furniture Row-Tulsa on 6 different occasions and have had a pleasant experience majority of the time. I had an issue with items not being delivered when they were supposed to be and problems with some items being damaged out of the box. They have always worked with me to make things right whenever a problem occurred.

Customer service severely lacking... missing parts, stock answer is it will take 7 to 10 days. Need a missing instruction book, or at least a list of fasteners.... 7 to 10 days. 
All this is after you wait 7 to 10 days for furniture to arrive, because nothing is stocked locally, other than a few small pieces.
Won't be back... for 7 to 10 days and beyond.

Michael the manager was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We bought else where but will visit again when looking for furniture.
