I had the pleasure to meet a phenomenal young sales associate today by the name of Jorge Alvarado! He Engaged me the moment I stepped inside the store. He informed me of the current promotions and invited me to stroll a bit and take advantage of the good deals. Jorge was very confident and friendly. His ability to multitask is amazing. He juggled other customers and their questions and needs, and at the same time attended to other store duties while still assisting me! Jorge is a articulate sales associate who can formulate answers and provide information when asked. Thank you so much for your support and making my shopping experience great!

I decided to spend Saturday to look for new furniture so I headed first to Ashley' s. I really didn't want to deal with any pushy or creepy sales person following me so I was hesitant to go in. Surprisingly, I was greeted by Dray, who introduced himself, asked me a few questions and directed me to the proper area. He allowed me to roam freely but checked up with me periodically to answer my questions. Dray was extremely knowledgeable about many aspects of furniture. I really didn't find exactly what I wanted and he was very understanding. Before I left he suggested I try a few mattresses which I had never done. Wow, I'm glad I did!! I learned the difference between the quality and will never buy a cheap mattress again thanks to Dray. I left to compare prices but because of his outstanding salesmanship, I will be returning to make a purchase with him. I also told my mom because she also needs a mattress. Dray, you were professional, knowledgeable and down to earth . Keep up the good work!

If you go here ask for Adam, he's not your typical salesman he made is feel comfortable, didn't push us to purchase anything we didn't want or need and was very honest with us on the process and things we should consider. We had a great experience because of him and will return to purchase accent pieces and furniture. Prices here are very reasonable as well we compared to Living Spaces and found Ashley's pricing to be very competitive.

I had purchased a living room set and bed/mattress from Jorge back in July. Jorge was very helpful during both of my visits and was able to help me select a bed/mattress that I am very pleased with. He was very knowledgable with mattresses, and was able to provide me with a great deal and discount as well. I had a very pleasant shopping experience with Jorge and will likely return again if I needed something else.

My mom came into Ashley furniture early this week to get a bedroom set and a adjustable mattress Michael really worked with her. I came in with her today to look at the furniture to see if it is worth the price and I have to say money well spent also the customer service with Michael and Cammy was beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back to purchase more furniture
