Contacted store to complain about three instances of fraudulent credit card transactions for $100.00 dollars, and one declined transaction for $163.59 which then got approved on another card ending in 1209 on 10/11/2017. Store took information and indicated follow up. On 10/12/2017, at 6:40 PM called and spoke to manager to see if they was able to do anything in store about these transactions. They indicated that this would be handled by corporate loss prevention and not at store level and that I should contact the police department. Unfortunately I’m traveling tomorrow, and won’t be able to file a local police department complaint, but I do know that the police department typically is busy, and if stores could do more to protect consumers they should. ProTip: If a customer is purchasing multiple gift cards at the same price, verify ID matches name on card and is the same name that’s getting processed and on receipt. Also this store is 34 miles away from my house, and there’s 3-4 different stores closer. Glad my bank was able to alert my attention to this matter within minutes, shame the store couldn’t validate id, or follow up with disabling the gift cards in a timely manner. Won’t be shopping at Toys R Us any time soon because of the way they handled this matter.

Online store pickup is a trying process. The employees do the best with a system that is too complicated. Otherwise a great experience

The only reason they don't get a one star is because I don't want to drive to all the way to White Marsh for baby things. The store is kept entirely too warm at all times of the year, I've been contacted exactly one time in the 10+ visits. I wouldn't call it profiling either, it's either they aren't staffed well or they don't care. Not sure which is worse. but in any event, if you're closer to White Marsh, I would take my business there until they get their act together.

Toys R Us doesn't have the greatest prices. I think everyone knows that. But they have a great selection, way better than Wal-Mart or Target. Shop their sales and you'll be getting selection and price. Their people are really friendly and helpful, too.

I'm pretty sure this mall is closing, but this TRU has already given up. Staff have little knowledge of the product and are barely present. Mediocre trading card selection. either sits for months or is snapped up by local scalpers as soon as it arrives. One of the more perplexing isle patterns as well. Just go to Dobbin Rd TRU and you'll thank me.
