Good location in Bel Air, very easy to get into. Prices can be high but that's the company. They do inflate balloons for free if you purchase them from there, or purchase online and keep your receipt.

They unfortunately lack a lot of things that you would need for a party. It's pretty much a Halloween store in the fall, which is okay if you're throwing a Halloween party.

I should have known that I was going to get the treatment I got from a low quality store such as this party city. Every time I go in there it is being staffed by barely functioning, incompetent teenagers who clearly don't want to be working there in the first place. Today I called to try and order a few balloons, simple, just plain latex balloons to pick up for a birthday party. I was put on hold because it was "too busy" to take an order over the phone. During that time someone else picked up the phone and then disconnected me. I called back again and got the same treatment. It is amazing that this place is still in business. Do not even bother trying to get your party supplies at this store.

Manager Katie was so rude. Everyone else in the store was so helpful.
