My whole shopping experience was great. The sales representatives at the store were very helpful and professional. The sectional I ordered is very comfortable and what I expected it to be. The reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is because they put me with a bank they took over my Payments and unfortunately their customer service is based somewhere overseas and is almost impossible to understand what the reps are saying. It was a frustrating experience wanting to resolve an issue and not being able to. I will not put myself through this again. Can’t wait to finish these payments.

DON'T WASTE YOU'RE HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I purchased a reclining sectional from here and it was only good for approx. 6 months. We can feel the springs and beams in our backs. It's ridiculously uncomfortable to sit in our own furniture. Thankfully we bought the extended warranty, but they give you misinformation and don't return calls/messages and act as if they don't want to respond to service calls if they've been to you once. This place is not worth the hassle. I'd give a 0 rating of possible.

Purchased a red sectional couch that includes a Queen size bed. This was purchased a year ago along with the 5 year warranty, which claimed to cover anything that could go wrong. First, when the guys delivered the couch they ripped a "nice" gash along the side of the couch.. How long would you expect the cushions to get saggy? WAY too soon.. Now the bed is another story. Even though we upgraded to a better mattress, it is ruined because of the couch sagging (and can't be slept in sure to the coils poking through). Now, their warranty doesn't cover that of course, because it's normal wear and tear... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. So we're stuck with a five year warranty that doesn't take care of anything and a crappy couch that my 100 pound daughter can sit on and still sink into the cushions. Value City Furniture, have anything to say?

I wish I would have read the reviews before I shopped here. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! ..from the sales man who didn't know how to use their system, and screwed up my order; the girls who answer the phone, always rude and leave you on a never-ending hold; to the managers who supposedly 'fix' the issue but don't communicate with each other so it's really never fixed; and the most UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY people I have ever dealt with in the many years I've purchased furniture. Don't waste your time here; the prices are cheap for a reason..

Came to VCF to buy a sectional after a pipe burst in our house. We were completely ignored by one woman who worked there - she walked right by us multiple times and said nothing to my boyfriend and me (we’re in our early 20s so I’m sure she thought we weren’t worth her time). Finally, Trisha approached us and helped us purchase a sectional and set up the delivery in record time. She was SO nice and personable. Furniture is a huge purchase and it was nice to have someone who really wanted to help us make the best decision. Thanks Trisha!
