Maybe the reviews were transferred from a previous owner/business. It was the grand opening when we were there. There are reviews from 6 months or more on google maps. 
Not much selection. Dirty showroom floor. Maybe they try hard? The pictures on google maps are screen shots?

Repeat shopper at this store. The customer service is exceptional!  We've worked with John in the past with bedroom furniture and walked away happy as can be. We have now had the pleasure of working with Richard for living room furniture.  Zero complaints working with Richard; very happy customer! We only went in to look around for ideas. However, after discussing what different options (sizes and colors) that they currently have in stock, he let us know about ordering options.  We found EXACTLY what we wanted at an amazing price! NEVER shopping at the local BIG name furniture store again! Thanks Richard. East Coast Furniture you have an amazing staff at this store!

Was pleasantly surprised!! Great prices! Great customer service THANKS AUSTIN! And Great delivery person Thanks James appreciated you coming back to paint the wall!! Overall I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND can't report anything bad!!

I ordered a bedroom set with Tim who was awesome! The furniture came in and was delivered within the time frame I was given at the time of purchase which was surprising with the snow storm that we had last week. I’ll definitely be going back to this store for furniture in the future.

I walked in expecting just to look, and was greeted by Jon who had no problems unpacking furniture in the back so i could get a better look at it, he told me of every deal he had for sets and brought out a measuring tape just so i could get the feel for the dimensions of the things he wasn't able to unpack. My expectations were greatly eclipsed by the excellent customer service and I was sold by the end of it.
