We have used select a multiple times in the past and have always experienced the best customer service and great quality in the furniture we have purchased. The staff is not pushy but very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even after a sale, the staff has been most helpful with questions over the phone.

The salesman was great. We found what we wanted. He made sure we got the best price they had to offer. I believe his name was Roger. When we were going through the checkout process I noticed they accepted PayPal. I thought that was great PayPal offers no interest for six months. So I said I’d rather use PayPal than my Visa card. Problem was they didn’t actually take it. They wanted a credit card number, expiration date and CVV code. PayPal doesnt issue credit cards. Which I told them. Then I proceeded to call PayPal (20 min wait). They told me what I already knew. No card number, expiration date or CVV code. So naturally I was very disappointed and frustrated. I seen two of the stickers on the counter that says they accept PayPal. You know like the visa, master card, Amex stickers. I even seen a second thing I could have purchased but definitely not without using my paypal account. As we were trying to leave they seemed unorganized. Guy who was helping my husband get the chest in our suv seemed confused about the paperwork. This was a disappointing experience to say the least.

This place is great, nice quality furniture and good prices... Michael is amazing, a very honest businessman and friendly. I definitely recommend buying from this place if you are in search of unique high-end pieces.
