The whole experience was awesome. Jerry was my sales associate and he went above and beyond. We had a great time and he is very professional and truly cares about his customers. I came back the next day with my wife and we purchased a dining table. the furniture is beautiful. Definitely recommend Ashley furniture. Everyone was wonderful. Great experience😊

We were greeted shortly after we entered the store by Karen. I showed her a picture of a bed that i had been looking at through Pottery Barn. Karen was able to find a bed very similar and spent time researching various styles With the same wood color. We ended up purchasing the choice she showed us online. Karen was very professional and friendly. We will for sure shop at Ashely again and will specifically ask for Karen. Thank you!

The manager was such a pleasure and very professional. Mike Paxton, the sales associate that helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions. We were very happy with our purchase and walked away satisfied with the customer service that we received. Definitely a change in customer service from my prior visit a couple years ago. Great experience overall.

Amazing store and experience anytime I go to Ashley here. No matter what we need every time we step in the place the Store manager Jorge always makes us feel like family. Good selection and even better customer service. Thanks Jorge for making shopping easy!

Came in looking for a new bedroom set, was greeted at the door by Angie. She welcomed us pointed us in the right direction and did not pressure us or hover over us. We left without purchasing that day because we needed to do some final measurements. The whole time I knew if the pieces fit in my room, I’d be back and I’d be asking for Angie. I called Angie we made arrangements to meet and we purchased our bedroom set. Our experience was very good and a much better experience from other furniture stores; like MOR Furniture. Definitely will come back for future purchases.
