Mark L. helped me purchase my first set of brand new couches and a coffee table. He was very nice. He greeted me and my family the minute we walked in and checked on us every so often. He was willing to answer any questions we had and offered us refreshments. When I finally decided what I wanted he explained everything clearly, as far as insurance and delivery options. He let me know how much I would be paying instead of just sending me on my way and surprising me with the bill. He also didn’t pressure me, which is great. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I’m satisfied with The patience and service he provided to me. I would definitely look for him next time I want to purchase something.

My sales rep Connie was wonderful. She welcomed me and my daughter's as soon as we walked in and asked what we were looking for. She gave me a basic breakdown how the pricing worked and the layout of the store. She was not pushy at all, as we looked around we were greeted and informed about refreshments near by. Connie met up with us after we walked the floor. She was extremely helpful once I made my choice on what layout would work for my home, what fabric and cushions. I would have given a 5 star but we have to wait a bit for our specific sectional to come in. Overall I would go back to Mor furniture.

Came in this place not knowing exactly what we needed just ideas then we met Bobby! Right off the bat he knew what we were looking for. He showed us different styles that would fit our home. He was very professional, well mannered, respectful and above all the dude dressed really nice sharpest man in the building! Definitely will be sending people to him. Thanks again Bobby.

I bought my kids bunk beds from Mor Furniture and my boys love it! If you are out to furnish your home think of Mor Furniture, you won't regret it. Mor Furniture always has great deals. The sales rep that helped me was Ma. Ask for him when you go in, you won't regret it. He is very nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you Mor Furniture and Ma for helping me. I'll be back :)

I would have given a 5. But I had gone in a week or so before. I found what I wanted. But wanted my husband to see if he liked.  He did so we went to pay for furniture and found out it had to be ordered.  I wasn't aware of that. So now I have to wait 1-2 months for it to come in. So please tell your customers that when they are looking. So there not disappointed. Thinking they will be getting it delivered in a day or two.
