Great furniture and the sales person we worked with was awesome. We purchased a 7 year warranty and if we never used it we would receive a store credit. Well 7 years later we get a call from our sales person letting us know we can get a refund and sends us all the info we need. That's customer service!

Although the store has a lot of furniture choices but beware about the "worrynomore"warranty plan. Make sure you get the details of the plan in writing. Do not depend on what they verbally tell you. Scan your receipts or store them in a safe & quickly accessible because when you need them urgently you will save yourself a lot of headache. Furthermore, make sure what Macy's Furniture covers versus what the manufacturer covers, and what a third party covers for the warranty. Our issue was whether the warranty covered the adjustable bed base or the mattress or both and whether Macy's warranty or the manufacturer.

While I was at my $200,000 a year job today my wife went into look for six chairs at our Macy’s local home store and was treated like as if she couldn’t even buy one chair.... my wife called me at work very upset about how she was treated at the store.... been a long time Macy’s customers ( since 1999) and today we cut up our card & will be closing our account and filing a corporate complaint as well. I will get the salesman‘s name later she said that he was a Hespanic Male.. need the option for zero stars because I would select ZERO if I could!!! you guys don’t even deserve a single star embarrassing my wife like that...
