The staff was wonderful. However I had to give one star because of a procedure I was charged for but did not receive. I was charged $600 for a root plaining that was not done. The lady who did the procedure was with me about 15 minutes and scraped some tarter off my teeth. Because I have had the procedure done a few times I knew what to expect. I told the office and they took x rays and determined I had not had the procedure done. They also mentioned it was not the first time this had happened with this lady. They were very nice and said they would take the cost off my bill. I had financed my dental work and kept checking my statement to make sure the amount was removed. It has been four months now and I am still trying to get this taken off my bill. I called the office again and they told me they would take it off again. I also contacted the finance company and was told that there has never been a request to make the change with the finance company and I will have to go through another process to dispute the charge which will take another 60 days. It's just not worth the aggravation to go to this dental office. Make sure you are actually getting what you pay for. If I hadn't had this procedure done before and knew what to expect, I would have been out $600. Also, if they had complaints about this lady from other patients, why continue to let her do this!

Great expierence, and I am not a fan of going to the dentist. The staff was incredible. Very uplifting. The vibe was great! Definitely a positive expierence for me.I am very glad I've decided to go to them.

I was a new patient who had 3 visits and saw a different dentist each time. The Dentists were very friendly and helpful although they really never asked any questions from me. I had 2 extractions within the 2 week span. There is no patient follow up with extractions. I contacted the office to let them know I had concerns and requested a dentist to take a look which typically shouldn't be an issue and can be done quickly (which I was told from a dentist not with Aspen). The office employee took my call and questioned me about what was going on an really never offered any help. The 2nd call I made was the same situation but, I was offered to come in and sit until a chair become available 1-2 hours possible wait. I asked if a dentist could please call me and the call never came. I am forced to see another dentist with another company that is not Aspen. You definitely don't get that personal touch with Aspen Dental. If you are looking for a quick in and out dentist this company is for you.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly. Glad I didn't go to another place. Thank you Aspen Dental.

The worst dental experience of my life. I waited 45 minutes to go to the back, where I waited another 30 to see the dentist. I went in to get a tooth pulled, she told me it was too infected to pull. She didn't prescribe me anything for that infection, and then they wanted to charge me 200 dollars for the visit. I was there a total of almost 3 hours and I'm mostly irritated that I could've went across the street to urgent dental and had the tooth pulled in half the time. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
