I have had great luck here...I’m a relatively new patient, had bridge work replaced and a crown done and the work cost a third of what I was quoted else where and I’m very satisfied!

I vehemently implore all persons considering utilizing this office to seriously reconsider. I went there because of a tooth sensitivity to heat. They insisted I needed a filling which they provided. They apprised me I would encounter some sensitivity for a few days. The pain persisted for a few weeks! They told me to come in and the follow-up would be free. This was an outright LIE!  They ordered bitewings at the cost of $48.00 even though they recently took full mouth X-rays. Then they had me see some incompetent  Dentist that told me it could have been the tooth they filled, the tooth to the right or the left. He had no idea stating maybe you need a root canal. He said he would give me a referral for a second opinion. He spent 2 minutes with me and resolved nothing and charged $41.25 for wasting my time. They charged $89.25 total and I left in pain.  When I returned home I noticed the referral was blank and apprised them of that and they could not explain their incompetence away. Since then I have been going to Eastman Dental where they are very competent, knowledgeable and professional. Lastly, I would reiterate once again think long and hard before choosing this office for your Dental needs.  In my constitutionally protected opinion you will regret it!

Insisted I needed full x-rays and assured me they were free for my first visit. Once I was in the chair the "free x-rays" offer was rescinded because my issue was a repair. The person to whom I spoke on the phone understood my issue and assured me that x-rays and my first exam would be free. Once I was in the chair they quoted one price and then tried to charge me substantially more. Only when I insisted that I would not pay the additional charged did I get the price I was quoted, which was, IMO, very expensive given that they simply cemented a crown that had come back in place. I'd call Aspen Dental the Wal-Mart of dentists with all due respect to Wal-Mart. They're more expensive and exhibit less caring than any dentist I've ever used.
