Was given an appointment to extract 4 wisdom teeth and was told the day of that they're only removing 1. Okay.. they were able to remove all 4 at the expense of shortening or delaying everyone else's appointment. That wasn't a wise decision. Then I waited at Walmart for over an hour because they forgot to send over my prescription, and of course, I was, and still am, in pain. Thanks, Q Dental.

While I was initially happy with this dentist when I first started going in September 2016, I quickly became frustrated with them. Appointments were cancelled because the dentist was unavailable and then it was a 2 month wait to get back in. I had a cavity that the dentist fixed which became more painful afterwards and I had to wait almost 3 months to get back in to see her. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The place is great but the front desk people are lousy no people skills some of the front desk people where on phone calls and could not hide there frustration with the calls they where handling.  ...office manager is to busy to handle a complaint I waited 3 months for a call back never got it ...no 1 never told us if you miss 3-4 appt. You'd be dropped. They said it was on the paper work we signed over a year ago but there was no warning until the day my daughter was dropped .The way they handled the situation was very unprofessional . Like I said the Dentist and hygienist are great but some not all of the front desk need some work (What's the office manager there for??) She brushed me off and wouldn't even come out and talk to me while I waited for my niece to finish her appt .....very disappointed

Always less than thrilled with the prospect of going to the dentist but this time my appointment at Q Dental was a breeze: polite and efficient office staff, clean and professional workspace, and my dental hygienist Carol was friendly and thorough and explained everything. High marks for this Q Dental experience.

My experience was nothing short of horrendous.  The doctor that saw me is only left unnamed because he didn't have the common courtesy to introduce himself.  He was rude and talked down to me.  Couldn't even answer my questions about the root canal he demanded.  Seemed like he was getting annoyed with me and the nurse ended up taking over and explaining why I needed the procedure.  I haven't been able to go to the dentist for a cleaning in a while as I had no insurance, he was so annoyed and almost mean about anything he told me.  On top of all of this, it was dirty there.  The tools looked like they had been used.  I would never in my life recommend going to this office.  I am honestly in disbelief...
