I'm a patient of your Henrietta facility. I'm not happy with your administration because of the following:
 I had endodontist appointment on 6/3/2017 in Henrietta, NY which you cancelled as the doctor was not available and gave me another appoint on 6/17/2017 at 1:30pm. Then you called me at 1:00pm to let me know that I have to go to your facility in Greece, NY which was not convenient to me. So I asked for yet another appointment which the secretary said is only available at Greece facility. Going to a facility other than my regular facility is inconvenient to me. This leads me to considering switching my dental service to another facility.

Five stars all around for the Jefferson Road staff---especially to Galina Gnip and Dr. Bacchetta--- for exceptionally courteous and professional dental services!
No problems or concerns whatsoever, every aspect of patient care is of the highest order.
Thanks to the front desk staff, too, for prompt and courteous billing services and ease of scheduling appointments. I also appreciate the effort that has gone into the practice website, which has a lot of good explanatory information.

Western NY Dental has taken care of my dental needs for many years, and they have provided pleasant, competent and cost effective care.  This has included both normal cleaning and capping.  I recommend them to anyone looking for complete, professional dental services.

Lori is great, Bacchetta is great! These guys talk straight and listen well. Bacchetta is an extremely competent Dentist, he works efficiently, painlessly and the fees are reasonable. I would recommend Western NY to anyone.
