Dr. Phillips and his staff are FANTASTIC! They do everything they can to accommodate and provide you with the best service! They are great with kids too! Dr Dan the Tooth Man! You won't be disappointed!

Really nice guy, also took time to explain what's going on in laymans terms. Didn't push for any unnecessary stuff. Laid out my options and gave me the costs and all the info of options including his opinion. Also was really understanding when I cancelled going ahead with getting a guard made after starting the process because I wanted to hold off and compare prices elsewhere. He could have easily pushed through with the process and charge me whatever but he was totally ok with holding off on the process.

Came here today as a new patient. The staff were all very nice, especially my tech Nicole!! She was very friendly and made going to the dentist fun (well, as fun as it can be lol). Nicole and Dr. Phillips both seemed very knowledgeable and we're easy to talk to. I'm glad I found them!!

Dr. Phillips is one of the best, if not the best, Dentist in the Rochester area. He routinely does complex procedures with ease. In fact, I was at a different Dentist in Webster, NY before I joined Dr. Phillips practice. At this other dentist, During the process of putting a cap on one of my back teeth this Dentist extended my jaw under numb conditions so that my jaw tendons were stretched well beyond normal and injured. I could not even open my mouth for two weeks. When the cap came in I retrieved it and took it to Dr. Phillips and he managed to get it placed with minimal pain even though I could only open my mouth about 25% open due to the injury from the other Dentist. I would not use anyone but Dr. Phillips.

I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I am a huge fan of Dr. Daniel Phillips. Dr. Phillips and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He also did a fantastic job taking care of my teeth. Best dentist in Henrietta, NY. Thanks for the great service!
