I had an emergency appointment recently. Dr. W and her assistant got me right in and gave me a comprehensive check. I could not be happier with the care I received. A five star dental group!!!

DO NOT GO IN THERE OR MAKE A PHONE CALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD. NEED TO IMPROVE. I have to call many times to deal with a Dental Insurance.

Lori, my hygienist, was beyond amazing! She was so professional and pleasant. She was easy to talk to about my dental concerns and was completely unjudgmental

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The Dentist Lina Vega has NO bedside manner. Put me down as a mother in the first 15 seconds of meeting her. Then refused to work on my daughter because she was upset...any 6 yesr old would be if they needed a tooth out. And my daughter was sitting still, she just had tears. She would have been fine. Then After 10 minutes of waiting to check out i asked about my daughter's Script. The girl at the desk told me i was set to go. I told her i wanted to know the script. She told me that i would have to wait and the Dr was still trying to figure out the antibiotics and dosage. Then the Dr Refused to tell me what prescription she was writing for my daughter. Told me the pharmacy could tell me. Then when i made a fuss she finally said it snippy and walked away. I have NEVER seen any thing like this. Completely unprofessional. I wouldnt send my worst enemy into that practice.

My hygienist is super personable! The receptionists are friendly. My dentist is great!
