I've been training with Shawn Smothers and getting great results!!  Shawn knows his stuff!  He is encouraging, while making you stretch to reach the best you have in you. I have been amazed with how fast my body has been changing!  Highly recommend Aspire Fitness and Shawn!

There is no other place that I would train.  The equipment is well maintained, the pricing is reasonable, the atmosphere is inspiring, but best of all is the TRAINERS!  I have worked with Sarah for sometime now and she is skilled at what she does.  She knows how the body performs, she motivates and challenges you.  I worked with Steve in the beginning and he is great too, for all the same reasons.  I haven't worked with the other trainers but I have seen them instructing other members and everyone there is professional and qualified.  I would recommend Aspire to beginners and athletes alike.

Wonderful Gym!
I never like gyms, but this place makes you feel so comfortable and welcoming. Very clean place to workout. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they really care about you. This is by far the best gym I've ever been to!

Steve is Awesome! He has been training me off & on for 7 years. He is patient, knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere at Aspire is all about healthy strength. I highly recommend Steve and all the trainers at Aspire! I never regret the time & money spent. Aspire is sooo well worth it!
