Amanda is truly a gifted massage therapist! When I first went to her, I was in a lot of pain. Not only did she immediately identify my issue, she put my fears to rest. I was able to trust that she was going to help me heal. I continue to benefit from her massages and now my husband goes to her as well. I am happy to refer her and share what a gift she is. Amanda has helped me reconnect with my own health and body. I believe it's the atmosphere of her studio, the techniques she uses, her ability to educate and her innate passion for her work that place her in a category all her own.

I recently moved to Medford and tried both Yoga classes & massage with Amanda.  
I have taken many yoga classes, and had many massages, both to help with my tight back and shoulders.
I have to say I was very very impressed with Amanda's knowledge.  Both  her ability and way of teaching was welcoming and encouraging.  I liked that she explains as she goes.  
I've now had a couple massages with her as well, and will be back for more.
She helped to relieve some back pain I was having, and truly gives a fantastic massage.

I have been attending yoga classes at Soul Shine since the day it opened, and absolutely love it! Amanda has created such a wonderful, inviting space to practice yoga. The classes are intimate, and Amanda has a way of conducting a class that makes you feel like she is giving you one-on-one instruction. She is truly a student and teacher of all that is yoga, providing the participants the tools they need to take their yoga practice off the mat and into the real world.  She seems to know exactly what the students need in any given class, and adjusts her instruction accordingly. There have been many days where I had to drag myself to the class, but I always leave with an overwhelming sense of gratitude, peacefulness, and lightheartedness. Amanda has a way of bringing out the best in anyone through her teaching and through her presence in your life. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself!

Amanda is amazing! She takes the time to really understand not only what is wrong with your muscles and body, but WHY it is happening. I have had the experience, being a chiropractor, to have many massages and Amanda isn't just a massage therapist, she is a healer. She makes you feel comfortable, confident, secure, and at ease with everything she is doing to you. My favorite part about her is that she is fun, yet serious, and is always trying to learn more about how she can impact her patient base. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with chronic pain and giving up, Amanda can help!

Amanda Tucker is a superb yoga teacher and massage therapist. I followed her from a local fitness center of which I had been a member for many years to Soul Shine Yoga and Massage when she opened her studio in Medford. I suffered a femur fracture this past year. Four days after surgery, I was released from the hospital to come home due to my core strength - all attributed to the  yoga I had been practicing with Amanda for the past few years. I have now added Amanda’s therapeutic massage sessions to my wellness plan. Not only is it a treat, but an essential part of my continuing to stay healthy and strong.
