This association is difficult to deal with in every way imaginable. Their responsiveness is atrocious (I’ve had recent examples of emails unanswered for weeks) and when they do respond, it is often to blame another governing body (the board of the association, the vendor they chose, or even the city itself). Seemingly annually, there is a change to the payment method for the association dues, with little to no communication sent out in advance. For the residents with auto-payment set up, this becomes a problem after the fact and results in delayed payment (and late fees for the resident). For the amount of money that is paid to this organization monthly, there is little to no service provided. They need a major improvement to suppliers chosen, customer service, and organization/communication. I see they have a lot of reviews on the amount they charge (and the processing time) to produce condo docs. I see lots of ‘contact us’ and ‘we’re sorry’ but I’d appreciate some real change in their process for buying homes in the association. $250 is ridiculous. I wish my board would terminate our contract with them.

I am currently having the same issue as others. $250 for electronic condo docs (plus $12 for ordering online) they say it takes 4-7 business days to send. They take their sweet time especially when they know you have a fast closing (2 wks for us) so they can try to charge you more money to "expedite" the process. Order Date: 7/22/2016 10:30:59 AM Monday is the 7th business day, so in total, if they send on time I will have waited the full 7 business days and 10 total days to send an electronic file they have sitting on their computer that can be attached simply in an email!! This is complete ignorance, laziness, and money hungry operating. I will be reaching out to the Wilds Community President and recommending this company be fired from the association.

I work with Associa on new development properties with HOAs. They are a detail oriented company that takes time to understand the needs of a new neighborhood right from the beginning and in a professional manner.

I am a professional, licensed REALTOR, I do everything I can to make sure my clients have a smooth transaction during their buying/selling process. In the 9 years of my career, I have never experienced such blatant acts of poor customer service (and EXTORTION) as I have for this HOA. They were fully aware my client have a two-week closing date from date of purchase. I reached out to them in a professional manner, on the 5th day of their 4-7 day processing, and asked if they could get us the resell documents. The email I received from Kellie basically said "no, if your client wants them now fork over some extra money". It was highly unprofessional. The board should vote out this HOA and hire a new company.
