I liked it, associate helped me pick out a pair of glasses.  Coordinated with my insurance.  Donald at Pearle was really nice.  I had a good experience with Dr. Peterson.  Never felt rushed, he gave a very thorough eye exam and explained things very well.

I have had many pleasant experiences at this location! The manager Kim was very courteous and professional when addressing my eyecare needs. I have a tendency to either break my frames or scratch my lenses and have been able to find positive results in a timely manner. I have even been able to exchange some unused contact lenses that had an expired prescription for new ones in my current prescription! The sales staff have always been attentive to my needs, especially Sarah, she is able to help with any insurance questions I may have, gives honest feedback on the vast array of frames they have and how they look on me when selecting new ones. I never feel rushed and always feel welcomed!! I will be back again!! I love this place!!

My experience with this Pearl Vision was horrible. Dr. Jay Petersen was more concern with the blonde sales rep. and what he had done the previous weekend than with treating me as a patient. He also would not stop smacking his gum when he was  checking my eyes. Since this horrible experience, I have gone to the Pearl Vision at the Eden Prairie Center where I have received excellent care and treatment. Because of Dr. Petersen lack of care, it has cost me extra money because the prescription he wrote was not correct. Save yourself the headache and drive the extra ten miles and see the excellent staff at the Eden Prairie location. You will not regret it!

Great customer service!  I had put off getting a new pair of glasses due to finances. I broke my glasses so I needed an exam and glasses. When I arrived for my exam, the staff was very friendly. While I waited to see the Doctor, I was shown frames. Sarah listened to my financial requests and showed me frames I could afford. There were many frames to choose from and with Sarah's help, I found the perfect pair. I hadn't had an eye exam in several years. I was pleased with my experience with both the staff and the Doctor. The Doctor took the time and he explained everything to me about my eyes. This had never been done in my previous exams. I chose this location since it was close to my house. I will definitely return to this location!!

I was very pleased with both the Doctor and the staff.  Timely appointment and received great care while purchasing my glasses and contacts.  My son also had a superb experience.  Highly recommend
