Carl was amazing. He has helped us with new phones a couple of times. He is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. Absolutely love this guy! This is our go-to Verizon store.

I have always received great customer service at this location. I have the pre-pay service and they treat me like a valued customer. Every time I upgrade my phone, they go the extra mile to make the transition as painless as possible. Bobby Bell was very generous with his time made my latest upgrade happen. I will go back to this location for all my Verizon  needs.

There was only on employee there. We waited for 30 minutes and ended up just leaving. Also most of the display phones were missing and we couldn't even test out the ones there because they were all out of battery.

Made an appointment. Did not have to wait. Rep was kind and courteous. Went out if his way to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this store!

The customer service representative lied to me about honoring warranties.  He claimed by paying a premium at the store I could come in at any time to get a replacement screen cover. When I went in for a warranty claim they all played dumb claiming that this needed to be filled online. Additionally, they claimed that the warranty claim would be free next day air when filed online.  Well when you go online you need to pay for shipping and handling and there is certainly not an option for next day air.  I will not be going back to this store, waste of time and money.  Make your purchases online and do not pay the up-charge for deceitful customer service representatives.
