The manager at this store is very rude. Treated me as if i was a burden to her... As a manager you should set an example for the other employees. Unfortunately her example was its okay to wait on a customer with a mean look, bad body language and a smart mouth. Its NOT okay to treat your customer this way. You made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted Please leave your problems at the door when you come to work try being kind maybe a smile a helpful attitude and a kind word....shame on you and at&t needs to provide you with some customer service skills.

The biggest liars about everything just to get you to sign up. I trust Brad at this location about as far as I can throw him. I would give a zero if that was an option.

Staff was actually very helpful. The manager on the other hand stood around while we waited for well over an hour to be taken care of. Get in and get out should be the goal.
