Sales Rep and manager have a terrible attitude toward customers. Completely unwilling to listen and continually interrupt when trying to talk to them. Purchased a brand new phone that had defects on it and they said it wasn’t their problem. Funny how fast they are able to wipe their hands of the situation and claim no responsibility. It’s very similar to trying to do business with children. Do not bother going to this store, go to Edwardsville instead.

I'm a little late posting this but I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the employees of this store especially Brent. I was in there about a week ago wanting to change phones from my 5s active to my 7s active. Brent spent so much time and went above and beyond to help me switch things over. Never once acted like he was annoyed or didn't want to help. Very good mood and cracked jokes with me the entire time, which was probably close to 2 hrs. Did I mention this was close to closing time? I have told so many people about Brent and will continue too. I will for sure go back when I need help in the future. Again, all 3 employees were very nice and knowledgeable and should be commended for it. Thank you Brent for all your help!

Staff are lazy and don't even try to be helpful. It's obvious they're used to not being busy, so when a customer walks in they are inconvenienced. I've had this experience twice now with two different reps.

I have mixed feelings on this one...... Went in to get 4 new phones, switch from Verizon to att and switch from dish satellite to direct tv so we could bundle with phone and internet we already had from att. Ordered new phones to be shipped to my house and one was not what I told him to order but settled with it because I didn't notice it until it was delivered. Second direct tv didn't give us introductory movie channels for switching carriers until we called. Finally we had to call to bundle all services. Hours of operation. Tuesday10AM–8PM Wednesday10AM–8PM Thursday10AM–8PM Friday10AM–8PM Saturday10AM–8PM Sunday12–6PM Monday10AM–8PM
