For buying physical books & magazines or browsing, this is a wonderful store. I have found the staff to be very helpful when asked. They do ask if you need help. The store has the best selection of blank journals for miles. In wish they stocked a selection of comfortable writing pencils and pens as well.

One of the last great bookstore chains. This location has an amazing selection of books across a vast sea of subjects. Besides the well-stocked reference and fiction sections, there are 2 full areas of childrens' books, games, and educational toys. There is another section of family and adult-age games near the cafe. The heart of the store showcases the Nook. Throughout the store there are bargins of older or special purchase books on display on tables and shelves, some up to 75% off their original price. Also, it has a nice selection of magazines. This would be a five star review, but one star must be knocked off because the cafe serves Starbucks coffee. That coffee tastes like roofing tar... very, very burnt. I would like to mention something about the staff, but except for the very nice lady in the children's area, it was a ghost town as far as employees go. That's all the same to me, I can navigate a bookstore very well on my own. Not all can.

I love the fact that as large as this establishment is it still feels cozy. The staff have always been helpful, and have gone above and beyond to help me find or order whatever I needed. It’s a great place for any age to just hang around, grab a snack, and dip through some books.

I came in looking for my friend's just-released children's book and the woman working the children's area was great. She took me right to the book and when I told her it was my friend's she even offered to redo the display so it was facing outward and I could get a picture. I wish I'd gotten her name!

Always enjoy looking at the different books and often they have a unique collection of toys and board games.
