GREAT Employees there!   Ken REALLY help Richard n I out and got my phone up and running,after we went to Walmart to exchange PHOTO CARD, MY PHOTO CARD I HAD PURCHASED WAS BURNT AND THATS WHY IT DIDNT WORK IN PHONE.  THANK YOU KEN.  YOU DID A AWESOME JOB FIXING OUR PHONES.  GOD BLESS ALL AT AT&T, GREAT EMPLOYEES AND GREAT STORE ORGANIZED AND EVERYONE IS VERY HELPFUL!

Terrible Service... Wasted 3 hours of my time

30 min wait for service... 30 mins to set up the new phone. Then the rep went in the back of the store for paper work, and disappeared for 45 minutes until I got another rep to go get him. Then he came out without paperwork...

Also messed up the account information and the phone stopped working the next day. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with a&tt before it was corrected.

I was in the Fairview heights store on the afternoon of 12-29-17 I had a three hundred dollar store credit, I did not spend all on the same day only to find out that the remaining went to activation taxes and what not and that would have been fine if that's what I would have been told, instead i was told I could have fun and get what I wanted,when I returned to the Fairview heights store I was told that I wanted my cake and eat it as well and that I did not pay my bills at attwhen I replied yes I do the little twirp called me a flat out  Liar and I would have to show him proof, everyone knows if your not current on your bill they won't lift a finger to help you instill your fought up on your bill, the lady that set me up in the first place gave me the impression that it was my 300 dollar reward and to spend it as I see fit, she was just misinformed and is a pleasure to deal with, I sugested to the little twirp that called me a lire about paying my bills and as he put it have my cake and eat it as well, I have been with at&t for 20 years and just wanted an apology and was flat out refused, thanks At&t Fairview heights store,I was there around 11ish and had spent a lot on money on December 1st, I guess that dissent count with these kids that think they know it all and think it's ok to disrespect hard working men, I will be happy when my contract is over I will be going back to a land line, shame on you and you know who you are I bet your parents are proud,   NOT!!!!

I received excellent service today, considering I lossed all service to my phone over night smh. My phone just shut off. I have to get another phone. Thanks Ken. He was a great and did everything he could to make sure I left happy when I left especially  because I was sick when I went in the store. Fairview heights branch
