Waited over an hour before anyone even acknowledged me.  Two reps were dealing with one person each when I arrived.  They didn't even apologize for my wait or ask what I needed.  They are more concerned with sales than customer satisfaction.  I will not return to this store.  Be prepared to wait a long time if anyone is ahead of you.  This happened to me in two separate occasions.

Was given the wrong direction on how to make account changes on two consecutive visits. The first causing me to return to the store to be told it couldn't be done in store. Their employees are not well informed.
