I try to be an optimist about things... so yes.. i appreciate the selection and convenience and price... i guess the famous Wal-Mart people watching can be fun too if you're in the right mindset.

Twice recently I have gone in before work only to turn around and walk out without the things I needed because only ONE check out lane was open.  When rushing, who has time to stand in line behind someone with dozens of items to be rung up?  That store has DOZENS of lanes.  There should NEVER be a time when only ONE is open.  It is also next to impossible to find some items because of the disorganization.  I spent 10 minutes looking for mixed nuts which turned out to be in the napkins/paper plates aisle.  Ridiculous.

Worse shopping experience.   Lady in lawn garden.  Useless!!   And she a manager. Ha ha!!!    Girl at register not old enough to scan beer.   It's a holiday weekend.  Get your store together!!!    Over a hundred dollars later.    Not a HAPPY CUSTOMER😵

Service can be a little slow inside. But today outside the store, a nice young man working the parking lot offered to load up my 4 barstool boxes and take the "special" push cart back to the pickup counter in the back of store. The service man and lady at the front door offered no help but said i had to bring it all the way back in and to the pickup counter, not to them at front door. Anyway, very happy with young man working your parking lot today around 1pm...not so much for the 2 at the front door though. A big win today for the millennials.  Thanks!!

Prices are good, but they are always changing the items they carry.   The Ft. Wright, KY store seems to be in a state of perpetual store reset, as there are usually piles and/or shopping carts full of random assortments of product. As a whole, Walmart offers hardly any organic/nonGMO choices, but that seems to be changing.  If you are a shopper who just wants the best deal, and is OK with buying by product type rather than brand loyalty, then this is the perfect place to go!
