In 15 years, I have never had bad service or a bad experience with this company. Local business is best way to go, and you can count on this local company to take care of you! I have referred probably 10 or so friends to visit this company, and I can safely say, that each and every one of them has been treated like family and continue to return to do business regularly with these wonderful folks. Thank you to everyone working here, for all that you do!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when helping pick out a new camera. They were not pushy at all. Even got a sensor cleaned at an amazingly good price! Would highly recommend

I am one of those 30 year customers.
Rob, Wilma and their staff have treated me very professionally  even if I bought just a lens cap, or spent $10K on a Canon system.

Pay no attention to those who hide behind the  internet curtain
and vent vile reviews knowing full well that they will have no one to answer to...

I too have been dealing with K&R for almost 30 years and have never had any issues with Rob or Wilma. Not sure who the individual was, who "claimed" to have problems with the owners.  Both Rob and Wilma will bend over backwards to help anyone who walks in the door. Excellent people to deal with, otherwise, why would I continue to go back all these years?  Rob is an encylopedia of information on two legs, and he does not know something, he will find out for you. Plus both Wilma and Rob  will help you out in a jam and with today's technology, those jams just happen at the most inconvenient times.
