We went to their store as soon as they opened to get a complication with our iPhone that was supposed to be delivered cleared up. The service rep Robert helped us, was super friendly and honest, and even gave us little pop stands because he had to call retail service and of course any phone support takes forever. Extremely helpful. 10/10.

It was excellent service, much improved from last year's service. It was poor service from the employee. I hope no surprises.

Maybe if they answer the phone at the only 24 hour authorized retailer in my area I'd be able to give them a proper rating that isn't one star

They were absolutely amazing through every part of our experience. I was a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 13 years. The way Exavier helped us and jumped through every hoop to make sure our needs were met was the best experience. Just a great staff!

I went in to this store trusting that they would help me and give me the plan that I wanted. I have been with ATT for over 10 years and they have always solved all of my issues. However, my last experience at this place specifically was horrible.  The woman who helped me sold an account with false information. I was at this place for over two hours . When i left that store, I didn't know that I had been lied to just so she could get an incentive. this is just like Wellsfargo. They open up accounts for people with out giving them all the information they need and they get a bonus. I don't recommend anyone going to this location because they will lie to your face and give you wrong information which you will have to pay for as long as it takes you to pay off your phones.  They are the scum of the earth. Too bad we can't give them negative stars!!!!
