Ok so I don't come to these places anymore for a few reasons. 1) don't need to thanks to ebay and the Internet. I can find used games, systems, whatever for a lot less than what gamestop will charge. 2) their policies have always sucked, for example I bought Dragon Age inquisition on ps3 when it first came out brand new right. Well instead of handing me a brand new case that has never been opened they grab a case, crack it open, then put a loose disc inside it and call it "new". Now I don't have downs syndrome but I know what the word new means and what I just described is a racket no matter how you try to justify it. On top of it I get the game home and play it and the thing is broken. Just a seriously glitched out game that was not ready but I guess they made the corporate decision to ship it unfinished and just patch it later, to the point it was unplayable. I try to return it to get my money back or store credit and guess what?! For a "new" game I just payed 60$ for, they won't issue a refund or give store credit for its original price which 4 days prior was 60$ No they would let me "trade it in" for the grand total of 7$ cash or 13$ store credit...are you serious? So they really expect someone to just bend over and take that offer and then most likely put the case back on the shelf and take the disk out and put it back in its generic paper sleeve and call it "new" again and sell it to some other sucker for 60$. Seriously gamestop you guys should be arrested and I hope you get sued or go out of business. Oh and just so you know I just posted the game on Ebay instead as an auction and ended up selling it for 30$
