Never again will I get my oil changed here again. I was told it would take an hour but I waited 3 hours! And when we asked the employee why it took so long she said there was 1 customer's car in front of mine. It doesn't take THAT long for 1 oil change. The employee argued with me as to why it was taking so long with no logical reason as to why it was taking so long. The auto manager's picture is posted, but he is nowhere to be found in the store & there's no phone # listed. It's a Monday morning, (well, now afternoon 12:18pm), and I dropped off my car at 9:45am. Reeeediculousness.

The employee Arnie (FITASO) is always ready to help customers. When I go in shopping, he always opens an extra lane just for me and makes me feel special. He claims i'm the only one he does this for. He also lets me have free video games. I will only continue to shop here as long as Arnie is employed there

The Walmart in Oceanside is about what you can expect from any Walmart. It's convenient and close, and the prices are reasonable. I don't enjoy shopping here, but I would do most if not all my shopping here. What keeps me from shopping here is the insane amount of homeless people surrounding the store. I have nothing against these people, as I donate to homeless shelters and charities. However, I feel unsafe walking through the parking lot and near the store with my child. It's not a matter of walking past the homeless people, it's being stopped and nearly harassed by people who are clearly not in a good state of mind and are off their medications. I mean nothing negative towards these people, but they clearly are not getting the help and care they need and because of it I will go all the way on base and shop at the commissary. The city of Oceanside seriously needs to do something about these people on the streets, because no one will give a business their money and time if they feel as though their safety is at risk.

Went for in-store pickup on an online purchase that wasn't in stock. This happens from time to time so I understand this; however, they were very rude with assisting us and when we asked if the could refund the purchase they explained that we needed to request a cancellation online at our own discretion instead of just refunding us our money there at the store. To clarify as well I don't mean physical money but rather just crediting the purchase back onto the card.
