Excellent service.  They were busy but I was acknowledged right away and invited to look around while they finished helping the customers ahead of me.  Once it was my turn I was taken care of quickly and was made to feel that I was the most important thing at that moment.

Sure you get cutting edge technology but does it have to take longer than buying a car, I said screw it took it before everything was transferred. You would think transferring data from one device to another would be quick at this place they estimated 20 minutes. 23 minutes later they estimated 18 minutes and said they have bad internet?!?

Courtney was fabulous!! She was friendly, patient and professional!! The staff was very helpful, I had a pleasant experience unlike the ATT store in Caro, Michigan.  I highly recommend shopping at the ATT store in Lapeer, great customer service!!

Absolutely the best experience at this store.  The Manager and Sales Rep made sure everything I needed was taken care of and went out of their way to help me.  I will be referring everyone I know to this store!
