On December 11th I purchased a galaxy note 8 at the AT&T store at 699 Boylston st Boston my sales consultant Amanda Rowe was. excellent. she spent a great deal of time with me and I am grateful for that. There is still a lot more to learn but Amanda gave me a good start , I also felt that the personnel in the office were helpful. I certainly would recommend this office. Alan D

This is a great place to experience being mocked and cheated. If you are only come to have some inquires, sorry, daddies in the store are too busy to answer your stupid questions. If you are here to really have some service which you are not familiar with (transfer line, open account etc.), well, daddies are generous enough to charge you only $300, if you want to know why? Go ask my manager, or his manager, or his manager's manager...

I had a great experience visiting the Boylston Street store this week to activate a phone on an existing account and learn when new devices were going to come to market. The new space is gorgeous and clean. Luke helped me efficiently and very knowledgeably. He also had a good sense of humor. He explained some other AT&T services to me without a hard sell (I didn't end up buying any). The overall experience with Luke was very positive. I'm very grateful to him for his expertise.

Worst store ever. Well, maybe the one in Ft. Lauderdale. Aside from the fact they hardly ever answer their phone, when they do, they are rude and will not be the least bit helpful. If you want an AT&T product, either go online or call their customer service. They are very helpful and, BTW, I've never had a problem with them except for their company stores. Someone needs to fix this. UPDATE: Better now (for the Boylston Street store).
