Great experience! After getting towed, then leaving my phone on the top of my car when leaving the tow lot, I was very frustrated going into my experience at MM. But it was awesome, and pain free. They quoted me a lower price because I told them I had a different phone they had, but when I came in they honored it anyway. Super nice staff. Only took two hours. Phone looks good as new and it was completely smashed. Thanks guys!

Yesterday I got a new Samsung Galaxy S8 and I (stupidly) jammed the SIM card into the slot. I was extremely distraught and tried everything I could do to get it out, but nothing would work. I went to T-Mobile this morning and they said they suggested I just turned it in. That was when I found this shop. I showed the clerk the problem and he takes a look and brings it to the back of the shop. Not more than 30 seconds later (seriously!) he comes back with the SIM card in hand, perfectly in tact. Needless to say, I was BEYOND relieved. And the best part is: they did not charge me a cent! This store went above and beyond and I highly recommend it for its quickness, friendliness and general great results. WOULD VISIT AGAIN FOR ANY CELL PHONE PROBLEM!!

The screen I need replaced was in stock and returned to me the same day. These are good guys. The shop is beautiful although it was hard to track the way products are stocked. They might try and hire a woman or 2 to work with them and balance things out.

I was at Mega Mobile on 11/24/17 in order to have Didi, the technician, to troubleshoot reason for my Moto G (3rd gen) not ringing and not playing audio. While I was there a family came in and the father told Didi that his son's iPhone which they had purchased there a while back was acting up. Didi took the phone to the back room to see if he would be able to diagnose the problem and then to fix it. It took Didi a while but he found the problem and he fixed it. When the father asked Didi what the cost of the repair was Didi said, no charge . After the family left the store I told Didi that I had not experienced such service in the US for ages, namely, for a techie to spend time and not charge for it. The shop is great for deals on smartphones and also great for repairs. Re my Moto G, Didi diagnosed that the speaker was defective. He ordered a new one and once he get it he will replace the defective speaker. So glad I discovered this place.

Sorry for the bad english but that's not my main language. I had a very particular experience. I was into the store with two friends to ask infos for my phone that had water damages when we realized that it should be closed at that hour: someone didn't lock the door. So we called the police and eventually discovered that there was the owner downstairs but couldn't hear nothing from there. Because of this he decided to gift us three tempered glasses for our phones and also repaired them for free!! And not only my phone but also the phone of one my friend 'cause he saw it had a scratch on the camera! All this was so unnecessary, we did just a very simple thing. I'm so thankful to him because of what a nice person he turned out to be, he said that that's karma, but not anyone would have done what he did. Anyway, also the sellers were so kind and our phones were really perfect after the repairs. My phone was completely broken: screen broken, home button broken and it fell into water (I don't think anyone can beat me in damaging my phones).. It seems that they can fix anything, my phone was like a new one when they gave me. I suggest anyone to trust them.
