iFixYouri is the best! After working well for my reel to reel tape deck stopped moving. I brought it in to Joe and told him there was no rush on it. The next day, it was fixed and playing better than it has in a long time. Thanks!

The person was friendly and everything was fine, until we went to pick it up. They said they don't have any regular screens left except for the detective one which does not work. Then when they reinstall back my oringial screen, it was more cracked than before. Would appreciate that if they only have a defective screen that they do not tell people it can be fixed the day of and that not only do you waste someone's time but also make the previous screen more cracked than before. That is really unasked for. I do not like to rate badly, but I really hope that at least this can warn someone about the situation and not have to go through the same thing.

Waited so long to get my replacement battery. More than 3 weeks since my order and still no progress. Update: They finally have the replacement part and they offered me a great discount to compensate for the long wait. Thank you for your service!

My initial experience here was fantastic. I brought my phone in and was able to pick it up an hour later for a seemingly reasonable price. For the first day or so, it was fine although the colors on my phone were a little faded. I had expected this though. Two days later, however, the problems started. The touchscreen on my iphone 5s has become nearly unusable. There are dead spots all of the screen, phantom touches etc. Even trying to scroll on my homescreen has become impossible, much less sending a text message. A week later, it has reached the point where I have to turn the phone screen on and off several times just to be able to enter my passcode. I could not be more displeased with the quality of work done by this shop. I will now need to bring my phone somewhere else to get a second new screen.

Horrible Experience. I was to simply get my iPhone 6 cracked screen repaired. When I returned to retrieve it an hour later, I found that the screen was tinted pink. When I compared it to my sister's iPhone 6 screen, the rosiness was even more noticeable. I took it back to the ifixyouri store, and they said that it would take hours to "find the right screen." I demanded a refund, and they caved and said they could do it within an hour. An hour later, I return to pick it up, only to find that it has the exact same problem. They claim that its "high quality" but clearly they use cheap 3rd party replacement parts. I requested to be refunded and they put my original cracked screen back on. Not only was the quality of the shop very poor, but also the customer service was one of the most unprofessional, frustrating experiences in my life. The big take away: they prey on those who don't realize that these parts are extremely low quality. would not recommend.
