This location is probably the best experience I've ever had at at Sprint store. The people who work here are all amiable and seem to be highly knowledgeable about their products. I was helped by Victor and was provided with great customer service. I highly recommend this location if you need to go to a Sprint store in the Boston area.

Incompetent. Went into the store for an iPhone 8 SIM card and they told me they were out. He then “assured me” that the boylston location 100% had the SIM card and that he already called. Walked to the Boylston location in 15 degree weather and they didn’t have any, and have been sold out for 3 weeks. Probably shouldn’t 100% assure customers they have something when they don’t.
